After three months of pain in my wrist, despite two visits to the orthopedist and a cortisone shot, I went to Somersworth Physical Therapy. Through a combination of appropriate exercises, manual physical therapy, the Graston Technique, and electrical stimulation, my wrist pain finally subsided.
