I'm a current tenant and the building I live in has been left severely neglected. Carpets in hallways are gross and weren't replaced as we were told they would be, building never was power washed this past summer and the washer and dryer barely work and leave your clothes smelling gross. Not enough parking spaces and people often park in handicap spaces who don't have proper plates or placards. Trash inside and outside the building is often left for weeks at a time. Apartments are very very nice. The hallways need new carpeting or a good cleaning. Smells bad in the hallways.

We have already begun to redo the hallways by giving them a fresh coat of paint and we will begin cleaning the carpets or replacing them depending on their condition once all building hallways are completed. Theres no good service and we payed tooo much money on rent which it wasnt on our contract
