Living here is great, we're on our 4th year with no intentions on going elsewhere. Rent is reasonable and our maintenance folks are extremely responsive. Whenever I interact with someone from the Office or Maintenance I'm always met with a smile and willingness to help. 10/10

the hallways are gross. I put on my move in sheet that there was a broken window and holes in a few of the screens and they still haven't been replaced. I moved in in April. it's now June. otherwise it's a decent place maybe a little over priced for what they are.

As for maintenance requests, we are actually on an emergency-only basis with restrictions surrounding COVID-19. We will be resuming all maintenance requests, including previously submitted requests, shortly so be on the lookout for communication around that timing!
professional, kind and awesome staff from office to maintenance. our building is clean and safe, no huge issues. We have lived here for quite some time so you get to know staff and neighbors! they have a nice playground and pool that maintenance does a great job taking care of. Thank you Somerset for all you Do!
Unsecured doors when we lived there, Two fires in one of the units in two years, no compensation for water problems when someone plugs the toilet above us, Mold in back bedroom closets. Migrant workers coming and going at all hours of the day and night. Office hours changed weekly, People smoked at all hours in their apartments(No smoking facility) Management would say they would talk to the smokers.
I moved in and right 2 days later discovered we had roaches! It took 6mos.to get rid of them. Also it's ridiculous that Hubbell is too cheap to pay gas/trash/water like just about every other apartment. If they expect the tenants to pay it the least they could do would be to install the separate meters so we got actual bills instead of "estimated" amounts every month. What a rip-off!!!! I can't wait to move.
