I had a follow up after a year of my treatment and was looked after most professionally & efficiently. I have had no issues with doctor or her staff . They are all professional people and are polite and kind . I highly recommend this clinic and have so in this past year .
My partner went in for an initial consultation 30 mins before his scheduled consult - after a night shift with no sleep (he waited a long time for a slot). He was made to wait for 40 mins while other clients with later schedules went ahead of him. No apologies, no explanation when he asked when his turn will be - just a reminder to wait 10 more minutes. I've never been treated better in my life .
Very expensive and doesn’t work. The information from the get go was misleading but when it came to the procedure the truth was told. It was a bit late by then. Not for me, in fact my condition worsened.
