If you're looking for a company that truly cares about its customers and stands behind its work, Solution Based Plumbing is it. I was introduced to them about five years ago when I needed to replace my HVAC system, and I haven't called anyone else since. One thing I really appreciate is that they're honest. From our first meeting with Josh, to scheduling with Stacy until the final cleanup by Ryan and Gerry everything was done so professionally with our AC install. It takes a lot for me to give a five star rating, but I would give higher if I could. Definitely recommend Solution Based!!!!

This company would get 6 stars if I could. I have been using them for 4 years and they have stuck by me when I have been in tears, coaching me through. From installing a new boiler, emergently coming out when I had no hot water, and today again emergently coming to my rescue when I had a gas leak and sticking by my side while waiting for PGW to get my gas turned back on. I am glad to have found this family!
