The owner, Josh, and his technician, Darren went above and beyond to solve my heating problem, explained it well in detail, and extended courtesy far beyond my expectations. These guys are the best. I feel blessed to have them taking care of me. Thank you all at Solution Based!
We bought a 1930s home that Josh renovated, and we love it! He kept the original charm, like the beautiful stone and fireplace, but updated everything else: flooring, plumbing, siding, carpentry, bathrooms, kitchen, wiring, windows, roof and dual AC. I was pregnant at the time, and he made sure we were comfortable and settled before the baby came. He’s responsive, caring, and truly stands behind his work. We love our new home and our kids do too! Highly recommend!
I've used solution-based in the past for a hot water heater replacement and various plumbing repairs in my house and their work has always been exemplary I recently had to have my HVAC replaced and that's where their expertise truly shines Josh the owner knows and understands that not every install is a one-size-fits-all situation.. the install crew was clean and respectable of my home and the smart thermostat that Josh recommended as a game-changer
Great company! Stacey is always amazing! When I call that office, her voice was always a calming beacon. She explained things to me and gave me a lot of pointers for the future as well. Mark and Jonathan came to fix our shower and toilet and they were polite, professional and know what they're doing. Thank you team!
Just wanted to send a note as the crew just left. Your guys were courteous, professional and polite. They kept us informed throughout and were conscientious about leaving everything inside clean. The whole job took less than two days from beginning to inspection including an additional system check to be sure everything was working as anticipated.
