RecommendedI did my laser hair removal treatment at Soluna a couple of years ago and had such a great experience that decided to come back for a Vivace Microneedling treatment. I love Soluna! Highly recommend them. They are very professional and friendly. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. I have done spider vein treatment and botox and the results have been amazing.
I’ve been going to Soluna for the past few years to receive treatment for varicose and spider veins. I’ve also gotten Botox and fillers for my face. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and supporting staff. They are professional and I’ve had great results. The office is very clean and beautifully decorated and designed. You can tell a lot from an establishment from the condition of their space, even the bathroom was spotless. I’ve recommended Soluna to my sisters, daughter-in-law and friends.
When appointments are made, they need to clarify who you're going to see and what will be done. I made an appointment with Dr. Chang but he was not there to see me. This is very unprofessional. Then when I asked to have the results of an ultrasound they did since I was thinking I didn't want to go back, the girl at the front desk said it would cost $50 and take 2 days. I found out later this was not true. Needless to say I am not a happy camper and do not recommend this place.
Dr. Chang is great with patience’s he listens and cares. You will be astonish with your results. Even though I live on the west coast of Florida I would take a ride to the east side. Thank you Dr. Chang and staff.
Staff is extremely friendly! Definitely feel comfortable from the minute I walked in the door.
