Es un lugar que se mantiene sucio,los apartamentos llenos de cucarachas, viven solo guatemaltecos borrachos que no dejan dormir en las noches, la manager no habla español solo ingles y los que viven ahí solo son hispanos y se hace la que no sabe ,se necesita alguien bilingue y las ordenes de mantenimiento son malas y avecrs se olvidan y no las hacen
Writing this review as a neighbor of Solstice Apartments: I've seen the major improvements to the property over the last two years. They've added a front gate security system, new security cameras, and repaired their existing perimeter fencing. It seems like the property has really made efforts to make it as safe as possible for their residents. Also, they've added landscaping to to what was a previously dirt/weed patch in the front. All in all - great looking place to live!
