Just had a facial with Marisa. I myself am an esthetician but like to venture out and try new places, people and products. I am picky to say the least and her facial blew me away !! Her bedside manor was amazing, I felt so relaxed, the atmosphere is so earthy and beautiful. Marisa knows her products and is very educated on skincare. I already plan on coming back!!

I wish I had the 5-star experience everyone is raving about receiving. I booked a bang trim and I ended up leaving looking like a 5-year old girl decided to cut her own hair. I asked for straight across bangs that lay right at my eyebrows and now my bangs are hacked, uneven, and there are pieces of my hair that are an entire inch above my eyebrow. They aren't straight, they aren't even, and they aren't the length I asked for. I can't believe I paid someone to do this to my hair.

love this place!! cool atmosphere filled with talented, creative people... i was lucky enough to frequent this salon while living in chicago. carly was my stylist.
These people really do know what they are doing as far as performing a wonderful but SAFE bleach and tone service for your hair. I worked with two different stylists because I had different issues moving back to the city of Chicago. I worked with Seamus during the dead of winter because a colorist really had no clue what they were doing at another salon and when Seamus saw me he had to correct someone's horrible mistake.
