I fired my first therapist due to personal issues. I got myself a new (second) therapist from this location. My therapist Mikayla, is very attentive, kind (not shaming me), understanding, wise, and know what she’s doing! Also the location is very close to my home and work. It’s very quiet and nice building. I’m glad my doctor told me about this place. I have a feeling Mikayla will be a good therapist fit for me.
I can't really say anything about the the work they do, just that I had a very unpleasant experience with scheduling. I scheduled an in-person appointment a week in advance for 4.30 pm. The confirmation text for this appointment was just sent at 3:46pm on the day of the actual appointment. Just when the patient pulled into the parking lot at 4:18pm, they got a call from the therapist, that all offices were booked.
