I can't really say anything about the the work they do, just that I had a very unpleasant experience with scheduling. I scheduled an in-person appointment a week in advance for 4.30 pm. The confirmation text for this appointment was just sent at 3:46pm on the day of the actual appointment. Just when the patient pulled into the parking lot at 4:18pm, they got a call from the therapist, that all offices were booked. I hate leaving negative feedback, but in this instance, I'm really disappointed. I reached out, needing some help (which already took a lot of courage, if I'm being honest.. I did the intake paperwork, I had an initial phone call to go over who I would be speaking to. He then said that he would send me a Google link for an appointment later in the week, and we would have our first meeting... only, that link never came.
