Avoid at all costs!!! We had items added on our order by our sales rep we weren’t aware of and tried cancelling them before they were delivered. Nobody at the store was calling us back for weeks. The items were delivered and we immediately brought them back to the Levittown location for a refund. We were told nobody was available to help us and it would be handled the next day. They just went bankrupt. have to call your creditors to get money back for deposits or refunds. They owe me both. Shame, because the cabinets were nice
The worst store ever. Experience with a salesman was okay .After getting my cabinets delivered i was informed that my hood range is back order .I waited for about a month and nothing .So I went to a levittown Pa location and when i got there the store was closed .I called the number which was posted on the door and after I spoke with some gentleman who inform me that store went out of business 2 weeks ago. I thought they stayed in business way too long. I hope there is some recourse for those customers left hanging. Many people in the Levittown/Phila area who are retired used their life savings in order to update their kitchens.
