I primarily selected Solid Gold to make a custom ring because of their experience and access to Argyle diamonds. I wanted to use some elements from an inherited ring in the new piece. Saeeda & Lorie were helpful from the start and very considerate of the sentimentality involved. SENSATIONAL! I went in a few months ago with my partner (now fiance) too gain some more knowledge regarding diamonds, gold, silver and everything else required for an engagment ring. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sav, her customer service and knowledge was sensational, I learnt so much from her. After dealing with Sav it was a very easy decision for myself to come back and make this purchase, I was over the moon with the service I recieved. Can’t recommend solid gold diamonds enough. Recently went back to them to get custom rings made and they were amazing. Sav was very patient with us not only throughout the stone selection process but also during the design process. She was very easy to work with and was able to provide valuable input to the design that helped bring our ring to life.
