I came for the opportunity to work through my design wish list and stayed for the team! Multiple pieces down and hopefully more to come. Worth taking the time on bespoke peices or, select from the range they have already or can get in from the Perth store which is just as friendly and professional. Keep up the great work team and enjoying the new shop front!

Our experience with Solid Gold was deeply disappointing and did not meet the standard we expected for such a significant and personal purchase. Before I had any direct involvement with them, their sales consultants, had already overstepped by advising my fiancé that it was acceptable to propose without a ring. In fact they told him that a proposal ring is not something that people use and to use a diamond instead. Absolutely great customer service from the very first moment we set foot into Solid Gold Diamonds. My husband had my engagement ring designed and made by SGD almost two years ago now and we recently went back for both of our wedding bands. Unfortunately the Sales Assistants we primarily were dealing with no longer work there but we have been passed on to other SAs who are just as lovely and as willing to help. Nothing and no question is off limits and they will bend over backwards to help their clients.
