RecommendedI’ve lived here for almost 2 years and even with the change of management it’s been amazing!! These luxury apartments are the best & price is great! Management is sweet and very helpful!
This community is going more and more down hill by the day. Not to mention the management does NOTHING to solve issues within community. There are parties almost every weekend that cause police to come out due to fights or too much intoxication. We can’t help but feel like we live in a frat house and it’s horrible. This place is perfect if you want to live in a complete Hell hole! Pay nearly $1300 a month coming with lots of college parties by the pool, loud music, and management that will ignore you when you call or act like complete AH’s when you confront them in their office or even threaten to call the cops on yourself because you’ve slightly talked louder so they understand how upset you are. Extremely rude staff/management Sylvia Hernandez has no sense of hospitality whatsoever to be working in this industry.
My good friend lives here. She loved it until the new company took over and brought in all new staff. She was telling me that this property manager Amy was being unreasonable to deal with. So I go look online at the website and to my shock it's my old property manager from Sun Lake Apartments. No wonder my friend is having an issue. Let me warn all current and future residents this woman is horrible to deal with. She does not care about your needs or complaints she uses her job as a power trip.
