This place is nice, but they have some shady practices. There is an online portal where residents go to pay the rent. On this portal, there is a bulletin board feature where we can post messages to each other. I attempted to post the message shown in the image but it was denied without reason. NO ONE would pay the rent we pay here to simply live in the unit. They aren’t THAT nice. We pay for the amenities. Let me be clear, I am not advocating for them to be re-opened. RecommendedI absolutely love living here! I have a 2 bedroom and the floor plans are spacious and luxurious. It fits my family perfectly and I LOVE the amenities. It is super family friendly and the grounds are well taken care of. The maintenance team is the BEST. It’s a small group but they are dedicated and answer emergency maintenance calls promptly without hesitation. Hands down, you get your dollars worth living at this property :)

RecommendedWe love our apartment, the amenities, and the staff. They are always willing to help. It is a great place to live. We would recommend Sole at Casselberry. Our master bathroom is beautiful with a nice walk in shower and has his and her stinks. The kitchen has a farmer sink that is huge. The refrigerator has water and ice dispenser on the outside of the fridge. The best part is our 12 year old thinks she is a queen with her own master suit room. Great staff and amazing apartment complex! The rent is affordable for a luxurious apartment. I love that everything is new and they are pet friendly.
