Since June 2025, I’ve been seeing Michael Olenik and he has been nothing but great! The improvements I made in my life mentally and emotionally were hugely due to his work.
Michael is such a valuable addition to the ever suffering mental health field of Nova Scotia. He treats his clients/patients with a substantive understanding of systemic issues and provides a very safe place for self analysis and radical acceptance. His understanding, kindness, professionalism, as well as his decolonized approach to his practice makes him one of the best therapists in Halifax.
Michael Olenik has been a huge support for me over the past year. I would recommend him to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves.
I've been working with Michael for the better part of two years now and if the progress people are seeing in my own mental health journey counts for anything, I truly credit him with playing a big part in that.
