Love this condo complex. Small quiet boutique building with friendly staff.
This condo is surrounded by billionaire Ken griffin owned properties and lot. WSJ suspicious that Ken is using LLC to hide his name and keep purchasing units. As of November 2024, LLC owned 67 unit and if it reach 110 unit, 80% of total units, then Ken is buy out forcefully and demolish to build his own building.
Pretty nice community. Most people are 50+ in age. The lobby is large. The pool needs some upgrading as well as the gym The location is excellent!
Beautiful boutique building in the heart of Brickell with lovely views of the bay. Excellently managed with very friendly staff and residents!
