I have been a Tenant here at Solaris for 4 years (2020 -2024). The updated changes under new management Patricia Marbray are great! There have been various changes here, (as with many companies), protocols, tenants, management, etc.... However; currently, things are back to a steady, stable and proficiently run property. Met with Patricia Marbray. Terrible. Wouldn't answer any questions for me after I applied. Application was denied so supposed to get my $400 deposit back. Texted the mailing address to Patricia with no response. A month later, still no check in the mail. Reached out to Patricia with zero response. DO NOT BOTHER HERE!

Solaris Apartments is way to expensive they need to do some upgrades and some remodeling on them apartments because if you don't have a key they will leave the door open for anyone else to get in the apartment and that is dangerous they need more cameras in them apartments it need to be more secure they need security doors on everyone Apartment they need to go down on they price it is very hard time they need to be trying to help people not get over on people we are all in this together we need to be helping one another happ... read more
