My husband was very interested in obtaining solar for our house in Louisville. I was very hesitant given the arrangements/permits/pricing that comes along with solar. From sales to installation the process was exceptional. Was contacted by Alex every time something was supposed to happen and after it happened to make sure I was satisfied.
Solar is Freedom is every home owner’s dream come true. We received our install back in July and it has been such a neat experience. Not only do they look great and are a head turner amongst our neighbors but breaking the numbers down, they just made sense. We are projected to save minimum 90k over the next 25 financed year. Our only complaint with our experience is that **** Energy is slow with recognizing the interconnection agreement for net metering but that is by no means attributed to Solar is Freedom’s fault. Could not be happier with the service and product received from Solar is Freedom! Shelby explained everything that would happen in the process and it was flawless. Happy to say that we are two weeks in and making enough daily KWs to offset our entire bill, and it is December!!!! They are a great bunch to work with and the numbers made this a no-brainer for me. ****
Great company; we worked with Kyle out of Cincinnati & he was thorough throughout the process & with follow up. Installation techs were great. Entire process was quick & seamless.
Karim K***** was our guy. He helped us as best he could. We are 27 panels installed. And yes our electric bill has gone down.
