They told me I could apply my tax refund to the overall cost, keeping my monthly payment low. I still have the proposals, the way they explained it made sense. Come tax time, I can't get anyone to help me with how to file for the refund or what to do when I received it. Then my monthly payment jumped up another $50, still no way of contacting anyone at SiF. My panels were installed 2 years ago and have had several issues with them but they still generated electricity. Service people showed several times but never really determined the problem. Now not generating any electricity and can't contact the installer. Very disappointed.

Had panels installed 11/28/22 not in operation till 01/23 a microinverter has not produced for 4 months. contacted solar is freedom to no avail. when will the restructuring be complete how can we find out?

We signed a contract with this company in May 2020. After several calls, they installed the system and light October 1 part of November that year. It worked great the first year. End of March 2022 we started having problems only getting about half of our kilowatt per day call the company made a complaint about the system. They got back with me months later then another two months sent somebody and said the inverter was bad for half the panels and the cell communication needed replaced. Hi They installed solar panels without approval from HOA, according to contact they were supposed to take all necessary permissions and permits. It's been 2 to 3 years till date HOA is sending me fines for violation of their rules. I was able to contact solar is freedom and they said the will resolve the issue. Now I am trying to call them and catch hold with someone but am not able to contact anyone. HOA wants the panels to be removed and now I am with no help and don't know what to do. I had solar panels installed and they left the job incomplete. Left a hole in my wall beside the breaker box. I am very disappointed in the way they handled the job. Took my money and run. I can not get a hold of anyone to complete this job. Left and high and dry.

My panels were installed in 2020. Since the end of 2022 they have not worked properly after it rains, I have to reset it every single time! I am self employed and travel for work. Sometimes my system is down for more than a week until I return. At this rate, I will never get my "return" investment back. It has not even cut my electric bill in half. I'm just out the $20,000.00.

I’ve recently worked for this company, and they completely shut down. They are in litigation‘s with tons of customers. They still owe previous employees money. Do not trust them. Their work is hack. They have the worst customer service, and all they care about is your money stay away.
