If I could leave zero stars, I would. My solar system has never been up and running properly, and SC Solar has done nothing to help. After paying over $65,000 for a system that is now essentially worthless, I feel completely scammed. All the company needed to do was remove and reinstall the panels after I had my roof replaced. Instead, they left exposed wires, creating a major fire hazard. If there's a better, more professional solar company out there, I couldn't find it. Special accolades to William, who I basically handed a poorly installed, incorrectly wired solar system. He rewired and supercharged a system that NEVER worked correctly from the beginning. Just today ( right now, in fact )....my solar system is producing twice as much power as my house is using. I only wis h that I had found his company for the install before I used the company that I did ( they're out of business now ! ). I could not be hap... read more

Update: Shortly after leaving the review, a team arrived.Team was friendly and cordial. They were unaware of job specifics (i.e. breaker size, location, etc.). Briefed a lower amp system, to which I questioned. I dont doubt their ability to get the job done, just illustrated a lack of communication in their organization. I am also hoping that the plans processed through county are accurate. Material needed to complete the job has yet to be ordered, so may delay process further.
