RecommendedThe Solano At Miramar is a very nice and quiet community, I have been living here for a year with my kids, they love it! The people at the Solano office are like family, they always receive you with a big smile and help resolve any issues you have in your residence. In addition, I want to applaud the Solano office for the innovation of their amenities. I wish nothing but more success to the Solano family!
I wouldn’t recommend living here. The management is terrible and the amenities aren’t worth the $. You may think you are getting a good value when you sign your lease, but please be aware that it is NOT WORTH IT. Trust me this building is designed to get new residents in and not to keep them happy!

RecommendedI have lived at Atelier for almost two years now. The location is great -- so many new restaurants popping up. Even a Tocaya and Starbucks in the building now! From the start, the leasing staff was exceptional. Michael helped me every step of the way in securing the perfect 1BR apartment for me. He is reliable, personable, and puts his clients first. RecommendedI can’t think of any better building in DTLA . Unrivaled amenities, clean , crisp and modern apartments, wonderful views and a great community! Delise during was nothing short of phenomenal during the move in process and even better during our time here. The management, leasing, security and maintenance team all follow the same high standards highly recommend it!
RecommendedI don’t have much to say other than Delise gave me great customer service and that the property was beautiful. I loved the rooftop pool and the sky lounge! Delise was such a great tour guide that I was sold instantly!
Delise is such a ray if sunshine at eighth and grand. She actually toured me and moved me in! I have been a resident for almost a year and the experience has been wonderful with the help of nice people like her working there!
RecommendedOMG the best spot ever downtown, Delise was so efficient and helpful. I needed a speedy move in and she made a miracle happen under short circumstances though she was extremely busy. If anyone come here looking for a apartment she is the best trust me, I would of never experience the great customer service as I did!
RecommendedI can’t say it enough how I loved meeting Delise! She gives the best tours and Eighth and Grand is so beautiful! The building is big with grand amenities and friendly people. The layouts are so chic and the balconies are huge! My favorite other than Delise was sky lounge.... love it!
