RecommendedI love the front desk team! Michael is my favorite security guy, and Doris and Jasmine are wonderful resident service agents! Best team ever!
Management is ok. However i am living here only because of the amenities which are all closed to to covid with no logical reason. Reopen the amenities or reduce rent. If i wanted to pay this much with no amenities i would be at santamonica peir. Or West Hollywood.

This building is a nightmare. AVOID!!! This building is a hotbox for MARIJUANA and CIGARETTES! Check out the attached photos including one that shows smoke in the hallways. I had to have maintenance come suck the smoke out of the air in my hallway last week because it was so hard to breathe through the fumes. The hallways smell like a Vegas casino - so gross!! Nonstop smoking despite THREE YEARS of documented complaints! Management’s response has been that since they are unable to identify each smoker, they can not stop it. ... read more
RecommendedI love this community. This is my second year here and I am not disappointed. Beth is an amazing property manager and most of all lavon and osirys never disappoints to amaze me when I need help with something. fully recommend living here to anyone looking for a luxury place to stay.
