Pros: very clean relaxing carbon pool is amazing Plethora of saunas Lovely accommodating staff Cons: The gross wet “grass” outdoor carpet is FREEZING in the winter. they’re better off without it. People please be very careful with valet parking some of those guys don’t care about your car I had an incident not long ego the guy was coming down the ramp driving my car very reckless I didn’t appreciate that his excuse was I have a heavy foot I did communicate to the manager, I hope they do something about that .the spa is beautiful but they got to do something with this valet parking guys
Yesterday 2/2/18 was my first time there. We went for my sister's 50th Earthday. It started out complicated, my locker didn't work on the 4th floor, but it was smoothed out quickly. Even though I wasn't able to wear my flip flops the floors were heated in some areas. The infinity pool is the highlight of the visit. Being on the rooftop in an outside pool where the temp is 21° outside and the pool is 94°. It is hard getting in but once you do it is pleasurable. Everyone there was nice and welcoming. Today is my first time here with my husband and I’d have to highly recommend coming here! It is very relaxing even with it as busy as it is!
I went for the first time on a wed morning. It was amazing! Hardly anybody was there so it felt very exclusive. There are soo many hot pools to choose from so if you feel crowded you can go to the 5 other ones. The staff was so nice! Having gone to many spa facilities similar to this scale, so far this one has been the cleanest and the most worth every penny! If you want a more exclusive feel I recommend you book a spa service over $175. That would allow you to have a more private locker room area in the spa service section.... read more

I visited SoJo Spa today for my first time. It was a really cool experience- so much space to explore and so many opportunities for relaxation. After reading over the reviews on this page, I was afraid the check in process was going to be confusing- but it wasn't at all! You check in and they give you a number- this number is your locker number and your ID number/ credit card for the day.
