My daughter took me yesterday for the first time for a mother daughter relaxation! It was all that I hoped for and more! Place was clean , clean towels almost every where they’re needed. Wonderful staff and great ways to be stressed free for a day! I will be sure visiting again soon!
My best friend took me here during my visit to NYC. I wish Iowa had something like this! I had the most amazing experience and want to take my husband when we go back to NYC in a couple months. The phone policy seemed to be very lax and as long as you were only taking pics of your own party, it was fine. The hydrotherapy pool is the best! The jets are super strong and really felt great on my back. The only minor thing I wasn't keen on was being barefoot around the spa. I tiptoed mostly lol. Had a great time! Massage was great! All the saunas and pools were very relaxing! I will be back!
It’s more of a club with Saunas than a spa. Loud and crowded. I would probably try it at a different time to see if it was just because it was a holiday

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This place is completely disorganized and unsanitary. The fact that slippers are not provided is a disgrace. I do not know other people’s hygiene habits. I do not wish to walk around barefoot not to mention I fell on water (since there is barely housekeeping) and cut my toe open. The saunas are filled with people that are talking, laughing, and using cell phones. There is zero relaxation that’s happening. The Club was great the food was wonderful we had a great time yesterday can’t wait to come back people you must know the infinity pool is Absolutely the best
I went yesterday for the first time , all I will say is that “ I love it “ great place !
