The spa experience and massage was wonderful. However, I would never return due to the parking issues. I just can't understand how such a wonderful functional facility could plan such a poor and absurd job regarding the parking situation. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. TO HAVE TO WAIT IN CROWD OF ANGRY PEOPLE FOR 2 HOURS OR LONGER IS INFURIATING AND RUINED THE WHOLE DAYS EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND YOUR SPA TO ANYONE! FIX YOUR PARKING PROBLEM OR YOU WILL LOSE MANY CUSTOMERS!
Absolutely a Wonderful Experience. Cant wait to go again. Best Christmas present from my daughter. Very clean and very relaxing.
The Spa was wonderful, lots of saunas and hot tubs, clean and tidy. I just wish the quiet room was quiet (too many chatter mouths) and the valet parking was horrendous. (I hope they can get their act together)
It was amazing and very relaxing. It was really beautiful and had very kind employees.
The most relaxing spa I have ever experienced. Very clean facilities and great customer service. Everything is super organized from check in to exit. The cafeteria is super clean and we had the tempura shrimp udon which was great! They also have fresh smoothies and lots of healthy options. It’s kind of fun running into the freezing cold and jumping into a hot pool with the most amazing views! The saunas were great as well... very roomy and several options. I can’t wait to go back and spend even more time there!

This was my second time here and it was amazing! Awesome service, so much to do, so clean. Perfect day for couples or small groups !
My wife and I had a great time it is such a relaxing place and staff is very friendly.
Went for my birthday with my wife on 11/26/17 great experience would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing time with great service!!!
