I was so amazed & pleased at the level of care I received last night. I had a severe allergic reaction to multiple honeybee stings & everyone was amazing. I would highly recommend this ER. I have been to Soin ER multiple times but I think I would come back here as they are the same distance & part of the Kettering network.

Lost my fingernail and thought I had an infection. I was put in a cot near the nurse station and not even given a room. Doctor looked At my finger without gloves on. Which I found unsanitary. She briefly looked at it told me to use soap. I asked if maybe they could clean and dress my wound. They sent some intern with a sharp object to try to remove dirt an debris.
