It was okay. I love Dr. Derksen which he has been my Dr for over 20plus years and he does the best he can do. As far as the staff, they are always in a rush and very rude and makes me want to change drs but I dont want to leave Dr Derksen!!! Wish he would go back to his own practice again. As far as Kettering Health network j don't care for it to much. Thank you

They save lives. If that doesn't earn 5 stars, I don't know what does. I won't go anywhere else.

I stayed overnight after having surgery and have honestly never had a better experience staying in a hospital. I was very well taken care of, my nurses on the 3rd floor was nothing but sweet and accommodating as well as the other staff I met. I genuinely felt cared about and honestly hope I get the same place and the same great ppl when I have to come back for my reconstruction. Thank u so much for taking such wonderful care of me. I even got a new and super sweet friend out of this!

I've brought two kids here One having an allergic reaction to a medicine and now another with bad bronchitis and has had double anomia in the past The nurse practicer is a missable woman and needs a new job!! Worst ever! The doctor that came in I have to say was suprisely pleasant and wonderful. Not the case for the allergic reaction that experience was horrible as a whole. They need to work on this area of their hospital.

I always have a great experience at Soin. They are quick yet efficient. The Doctors and staff do a wonderful job of getting the answers you need and really care. You are not just another body walking in or a number to them. From the time you walk in to the time you leave someone is showing they care about what's going on with you.
