Sleep center staff was friendly and nice. also accommodating .
Staff was very professional but 2 hours for a DOT Physical is too long. Maybe they're understaffed. I thought the doctor was great, but she went to other rooms that came in after me. Frustrating, but probably not her fault.
Staff was great and speedy. I was seen within 5min after I got there.
I'm was there 4hrs and am still hurting the same as when the came in the room,bad place they still couldn't give me an answer what's wrong so I will go somewhere else from now on
Amazing staff, fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Was here for 5 days and was treated very well! Always there when I pushed my call light and asked if I needed anything else frequently. I will make the 20 minute trip down i675 from here on out, no more Springfield Regional for me.
everyone treats you with respect and are very friendly the nurses and doctors take time to make sure you understand your health options.
