Dr. Henry Diep is legit! His staff and assistants are very knowledgeable and help me understand everything I need to know to keep my mouth healthy! Came here over a year ago after 15 years of not seeing a dentist, to say that I needed work done was an understatement. Dr. Diep got me on the recovery plan I needed and fast forward to today I’m on my last treatment program and I’m positive with SoHay Dental they’ll get me right! Health is wealth, go see Dr. Diep!!
I wanted to share that I had a very positive experience at this office. The staff were more than welcoming, and I noticed that all of the equipment was brand new. Dr. Diep was both effective and efficient during the examination, and I specifically appreciated the transparency regarding the recommended procedures and pricing during the initial evaluation.
I was thoroughly impressed with the staff’s professionalism, up to date technology and especially the dentist. I actually got my teeth cleaned by Doctor Deip, which usually doesn’t happen. His bedside manner was excellent. He gave honest feedback and didn’t have the rip you off feel or presence. I highly recommend Sohay Dental. Thank you staff and thank you Doctor Deip.
I regret coming here. Please be extremely cautious before trusting price quotes from this place. We clearly agreed on a price before my procedure. I was upfront about another clinic trying to charge me more, and they reassured me instead of being transparent. After my procedure and after I paid what we agreed on, I was contacted weeks later and told I owe more because my insurance didn’t fully cover it.
