I was suffering from a very bad ear ache for over a month. I never heard of Dr. Ghossaini because I don’t have a ENT Dr. and found her online. The whole staff was very friendly. I had small issue with my health insurance, but they took care of it for me. Dr. Ghossaini was vey nice and really listened to the problem I was have with my ears. She took care of the problem and I can hear much, much better now thanks to her. I would highly recommended Dr. Ghossaini to anyone who is haveing a problem with there ears.

Well my experience was not that good staff was overall very nice, they sat me in a little room and completely forgot about me, they only ecknodge me because I came out and the nurse saw me, Dr not very friendly a little robotic and has a TIMER for her patients, hurry up and gave some information about my ears condition., I try to contact her about my prescription (insurance doesn't cover those drops)with no luck FYI one week later no ear drops and my ears feel the same. Not coming back
