I scheduled an appointment a month in advance. When I walked in with my daughters for a specials day of Manicures and Pedicures they were full. This was set up for us as a congratulations on doing well this school year treat. According to the sign in sheet they had nothing but walk-in appointments. I love this place! John has been doing my nails over 15 years and he is a perfectionist! Ann does my designs! You don't expect to be treated as well as you do they're all patient and serving to even the pickiest!! (Like me) I'll never leave!
I came to see Helen Tran for almost a year and she was the best nail technician I've ever gone to. She was prompt, friendly and fun to spend time with while I had a mani/pedi. My gel manicure would last well over 3 weeks. She was the best and I'm so sorry she has gone. She treated me like a good friend or even family member. I truly miss her. Fantastic service good pricing. They treated my Aunt with such dignity helping her to and from the car. All above abd beyond.

I have been going for almost a year. I call ahead for an appt and when I get there the staff is friendly and professional! There work is superb. I won't go to anyone else and I highly recommend it so stop by and try it!!
