Excellent service with Kathy and friends. Thank you so much for treating this little one and I to a wonderful first time experience. We both had mani/pedi’s. Our nail technicians were professional, playful and patient. We will be back in two weeks!
Horrible and inconsistent service. The salon looked run down and dirty. my friend and I both got a manicure/ pedicure package but the lady working on her did more than mine....even though we asked for the exact same thing. My friend said the lady was Very rough and hurt her three times. The cost they had displayed online and I confirmed by calling them before I made an appointment was then different once we got to the salon. Had a 1 PM appointment for a bridal party and we were not started until 1:35. We weren’t done until close to 4 and they took other people (walk-ins) outside of our party before us. Customer service was horrible. Manicures and pedicures are poorly done.
I have got a full set here and a spa pedi. Two separate visits, both visits the service was friendly. The spa pedi was so relaxing. The only thing I have noticed I don’t think they keep up appointments, it’s basically walk in.
I got my stiletto acrylic nail done here yesterday. And anyone who wants a stiletto nail knows how bad and crooked then can be if the technician doesn't take their time. If they knew how to do it at all. Soft touch Nails did an amazing job they're straight, the same length and actually pointy.
This was my first time at Soft Touch Nail Spa. I was very impressed! Mia did my Deluxe Pedicure and did an awesome job! She went above & beyond to help me with my dry skin on my feet! The cost is very reasonable. The Deluxe Pedicure "included" many treatments that you pay a la carte costs!! I will return!
