Haniel is great!... (Verified Renter) Haniel is great! He goes above and beyond to help residents. I've had multiple mailbox issues. Although the problem has been difficult to resolve Haniel has been supportive throughout—even going to far as to collect my mail regularly and holding it at the office until I can come get it.

These apartments seem... (Verified Renter) These apartments seem well-maintained. The spa and pool need covers on them though. Unknown is the promptness of getting things fixed in unit. That's important for both my needs and the integrity of the building.

There are no lights in the rooms, the tenant has to bring their own lamps instead. 3. The bathrooms are too small 4. I would expect stainless steel appliances
