Jennifer, the assistant... (Verified Renter) Jennifer, the assistant manager, was knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. We were instantly made welcome and were energized by her enthusiasm. Sofie at Cedar Mill is our number one choice. This is a huge transition for us as we are selling our house (of 20 years) as we figure out our next move. Sofi is a perfect place for us to land. The staff is... (Verified Renter) The staff is friendly and the apartments are adequate but there are some downsides such as lack of parking, no elevators for top floor residents, no A/C, no amenities aside from main office.

Staff is wonderful,... (Verified Renter) Staff is wonderful, apartment is clean and kept up to date and the location is ideal. We did want a 3-bedroom which was unavailable and we've been watching the prices on that and it fluctuates so much which is concerning for next year if we try to upgrade

Despite having recent... (Verified Renter) Despite having recent issues with maintenance requests, this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The biggest issue is how expensive utilities are. If they reach any higher we may have to reconsider our location and we really don't want to.
