Amazing maintenance team Hands down, and by far the best service received in my renting experience. Joe, the maintaince professional, has proven to be a very valuable asset to the SOFI at Cedar Mill team. I called to get my microwave fixed, and he was prompt to respond - and helped address apartment issues with ease and professionalism. Way to go, Joe! And thank you for making this rental experience even better with your expertise.

Not recommended I lived here for 3 years and the first 1-1.5 years I lived there it was great, I love the staff and the community. Especially towards the last year of my stay it seems the staff and community culture had changed. To start with, the staff asked me if I planned to move out like 3 months before my lease expired which felt a little aggressive. After told them I planned to move out, there was a mix-up with the USPS 2 months prior to my move out where they were told by the leasing office I had already moved. This r... read more
