I was examined by a PA in about 8-10 minutes. A sample was removed and sent to the lab for analysis. I called several times over the next month and received promises of hearing results and treatment for pre-cancer. No response. I delivered a letter asking for report and plan. No response. She has my money but I have no treatment plan or results of my skin sample. Beware!

I saw Teresa, Dr. Soe’s PA. She was very thorough and personable.

This Dermatologist and her staff were arrogant bullies, who only wanted to book appointment time and claim insurance in my opinion. Self serving and not patinate focused, Would never recommend I know two other people who use this practice and feel the same.

The nurse practitioner was only concerned with keeping me coming back for appointments. When I told her that these rash / lines were appearing on my skin, she said that I was scratching myself and didn't realize it. It was a waste of 2 appointments, time and money. I want a refund....

Was seen for extremely chapped and blistered lips. Was given a chapstick-type ointment which did not work after 1 week. Called back and they said to come in and get more ointment and some special sunscreen ointment. Still no improvement after a week. Called back again and said I still had no improvement and told them I was going out of town. Talked to Nancy who said they had no appointments available and they did all they could. Saw PCP who diagnosed and treated problem.

Visited this office last year for routine check up. Office staff told me they accept my health insurance. Never met Dr.Soe only her NP. After 6 follow up calls and visits to discuss my bill, it turned out off ie staff was mistaken and Dr.Soe does not accept my insurance. Staff said they would look in to it and get back to me. never did they get back to me. Next bill was sent. Secondary insurance paid received notice of balance over 100.00pay in 10days or collection. 500.00office visit. Never.

I went to doctor Soe because I had this terrible skin condition that was making my body itch . I was convinced I developed an allergy of some sort . After one visit and a recommendation for some amazing lotion , my skin was healed. It was not an allergy, just dry skin. I had tried everything before going to doctor Soe and was so pleased to learn I didn't need medication or any other treatment. Just good lotion! Since then Dr. Soe and her team have taken great care of me and my husband.

Awful doctor. Only cares about money. Dismissive. But she is knowledgeable about Botox. Terrible about coming up with the correct diagnosis though. I noticed that about her from the start. She guesses and I have never known her to make an accurate diagnosis. Trying to find a new doctor ASAP!!

Dr. Soe is nice, and I never had a long wait time, but she didn't do anything to help my psoriasis. Told me there was nothing I could do about it on my face, to sleep with vegetable oil on my scalp every night, and that any areas on my body did not require using prescription creams. She told me to just use Vaseline. Really??? After suffering for the past couple of years and my conditioning worsening I found another doctor in Tampa I love. He was shocked when I told him of her treatment. Avoid.
