Felt very rushed, they almost came in before I had the gown on. I had a new patient visit and annual skin exam scheduled. My apt was at 10:30 I completed all the paperwork before my apt. but didn't get called back till 11:45. I've had previous skin cancer. The doctor was very unprofessional and bad mouthed my previous doctor and did a 5 min check over my whole body. Defiantly not what I'm use to in a dermatologist. Will not be back.
After going to several dermatologists in the area I went to see Dr. Soe over 13 years ago and have been with her ever since. She was the first doctor to treat my skin problems properly and I am always greeted with a kind and professional attitude. The staff is wonderful as well and does their best to get me in if an unexpected issue arises. I would 100% recommend Dr. Soe!
Rude, inexperienced in patient care. Money-grubbing. Made up her own office protocol for post-op care in order to maximize the amount of money she could get from the insurance company and the patients. This ridiculous protocol had nothing to do with patient health. Her full body exam for moles was not done in compliance with medical Standard Of Care Protocol. Wow where do I begin, belittling, rude, no bedside manner whatsoever and plain old ugly demeanor. Just went in for a follow up to a small basil cell spot on my temple. I admitted to not applying the prescription as told. BUT told Dr Soe ( miserable ) that I would take it more seriously and please reschedule me. Dr. Soe has no compassion and lacks bedside manner. Please Do not go to this doctor, eventually you will regret this choice.
Love Dr Soe, I continue to go to see her even though I’ve moved 45 mins away. She’s a very kind compassionate physician.
Horrible experience witnessing this unprofessional “doctor” being ugly and asking a patient to leave because their kid was crying. And get this, THE KID WAS THE PATIENT! This woman doesn’t deserve a license at all.
Dr. Soe misdiagnosed my father-in-law’s growth on his ear. From across the room, she insisted it was a cyst. She was extremely rude and acted like she was being inconvenienced. We took him to another dermatologist who removed it. Labs came back with squamous cell carcinoma. Shame on her! It appears by these reviews that misdiagnosis are fairly common with this physician! We will not be going back!
