Dr. Soe is able to quickly evaluate and identify issues and their sources. She provided detailed printed action plan to temper the severity and frequency of reoccurring scalp issues. The day before my appointment I found out that my elderly mother who is also a patient had a very concerning growth on her hand. I called the office and they found a way to get her an appointment close to the time of mine. Always kind and understanding and gives full details of what she is doing and what needs to be done.
I have been a patient of Dr. Soe for many years. In the past, I have found her to be pleasant, professional and caring. Today I had my one year skin check by her PA, I presume. Please, Dr. Soe, tell your employees not to call your older women patients, 'dear', or 'my dear.' It is very condescending and rude. I am tired of some many employees addressing older women in this way. We are not 'your dear.' I almost feel like I want to go somewhere else after this appointment.
Very unprofessional staffing. Can't get answers about yourself or Insurance or answers. Sara the nurse is very rude and short and threatened to hang up on you. Do not recommend her office. They cannot keep staffing long enough.
Horrible. Scares don't bleed
I’ve been a patient of Dr Soe for several years. Not out of convenience, it’s a 45 minute drive for me to get to her office. Her professionalism, patience and caring about her patience is why I always go to her. Highly recommend her practice.
I am a Vietnam veteran , I have legal service dog sam.....I had visited dr soe' office many times over the past 2 years....always sam and I had been treated well by all of staff.....a few weeks ago I needed to have a previous wound checked...I thought I was to see the nurse practicner ..I and sam were in room.....all was peaceful and suddenly dr she entered the room rather abruptly ...and loudly asked why is this dog in here. This has to be the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Walks in the room and doesnt even introduce herself. Goes on to tell me that spray tans are out of style and I would be much prettier with white skin. Just plain rude. I was shock at her bedside manners. Go elsewhere. Not one word about my skin check. I’ve never encountered a dermatologist that was so inconsiderate and unprofessional plus RUDE.I gave one star cause the front desk was very nice. Other than that, I would go with minus stars. NO table cover on exam table. Doctor did not review that I had put allergy to latex on my electronic form. Doctor put a Latex bandage on me - which caused welts. I experienced a doctor who did not appear to listen to me or answer my questions. In my opinion it was an unclean setting in the exam room. I am in my 70s, very fair skinned and have seen plenty of dermatologists - yearly visits with lots of having things removed. I have never experienced anything as bad as this.
