Horrible. Scares don't bleed
I’ve been a patient of Dr Soe for several years. Not out of convenience, it’s a 45 minute drive for me to get to her office. Her professionalism, patience and caring about her patience is why I always go to her. Highly recommend her practice.
I am a Vietnam veteran , I have legal service dog sam.....I had visited dr soe' office many times over the past 2 years....always sam and I had been treated well by all of staff.....a few weeks ago I needed to have a previous wound checked...I thought I was to see the nurse practicner ..I and sam were in room.....all was peaceful and suddenly dr she entered the room rather abruptly ...and loudly asked why is this dog in here. This has to be the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Walks in the room and doesnt even introduce herself. Goes on to tell me that spray tans are out of style and I would be much prettier with white skin. Just plain rude. I was shock at her bedside manners. Go elsewhere. Not one word about my skin check. NO table cover on exam table. Doctor did not review that I had put allergy to latex on my electronic form. Doctor put a Latex bandage on me - which caused welts. I experienced a doctor who did not appear to listen to me or answer my questions. In my opinion it was an unclean setting in the exam room. I am in my 70s, very fair skinned and have seen plenty of dermatologists - yearly visits with lots of having things removed. I have never experienced anything as bad as this. She is one of the worst, most disrespectful wastes of space and oxygen that i have ever had the misfortune of meeting. It's disappointing that I wasted even one second on her worthless opinion. And the language she used is not only very unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. I will unfortunately never get back the time I've wasted on her. She made me never want to waste my time on any dermatologist again.

Several months ago, had my first… and LAST appointment with Dr. Soe. She walked in the exam room - never greeted me by name or even a “good morning”. Then we wasted at least 5+ (of my vast 15 mins.) “arguing with me” about MY FATHER’S skin cancer history. My father WAS NEVER HER PATIENT! And, I’m the daughter whom took him to his skin doctor appointments! Dr. Soe (for whatever reason) wanted to argue with me about my dad’s TWO bouts with MELANOMA. I have never wanted to walk out of an appointment until meeting with Dr. Soe. My wife was in the patient seat and her feet couldn’t reach the ground so she put them on the foot rest. Upon walking in Dr. Soe told her to get her feet off and if her mother didn’t teach her anything. During our skin examination she was more interested in telling us what procedures she had done than talk about our issues.
