Worst dr I've ever had the misfortune of meetingDon't waste your time with Kathleen Soe . And the language she used is not only very unprofessional but extremely disrespectful. I will unfortunately never get back the time I've wasted on her. She made me never want to waste my time on any dermatologist again.

Several months ago, had my first… and LAST appointment with Dr. Soe. She walked in the exam room - never greeted me by name or even a “good morning”. Then we wasted at least 5+ (of my vast 15 mins.) “arguing with me” about MY FATHER’S skin cancer history. My father WAS NEVER HER PATIENT! I have never wanted to walk out of an appointment until meeting with Dr. Soe. My wife was in the patient seat and her feet couldn’t reach the ground so she put them on the foot rest. Upon walking in Dr. Soe told her to get her feet off and if her mother didn’t teach her anything. During our skin examination she was more interested in telling us what procedures she had done than talk about our issues. Waiting for pathology reports, phones go unanswered, messages not returned. Wife and I will not be back to this office. When complaining they make excuses rather than acknowledging a problem.
After waiting months for an appointment with Dr. Soe, she told me that a scab I had uner my chin for several months was nothing to worry about. After leaving, this continued to bother me. Had to wait another few months for an appointment with another dermatologist. Had a biopsy and it was cancer. Waited another month for surgery. It had spread and surgery took 3 hours. Very large incisions and extremely painful. Beware!!!
Dr. Soe walked into the examination room, took my phone out of my hand without asking, and said: "I love a man with a small phone". She seemed competent, but she was rude and rushed the exam, then said goodbye and left abruptly. I told the nurse that we never talked about a second skin problem that I had disclosed earlier to the same nurse, so she went to go get Dr. Soe. Dr. Kathleen Soe had no bedside manner, very abrupt and rushed through the exam. She started pre diagnosing me before I could explain why I was there. She said I needed lots lotions. Which is ok for me but it’s not why I was there. I changed doctors because my insurance changed. I only have small patch of psoriasis on my head and I have been seeing another doctor for 20 years. The intake nurse/PA spent more time asking me about my skin condition than Dr Soe spent with me. I have suffered from psoriasis for 16 years and taking medication for it. I came in to see what alternative medications I could switch to since my current one is being ineffective. I was told TO USE MORE MOISTURIZER! Completely unprofressional and barely examined me to say she didnt see any signs of psoriasis. That the itching I have been feeling is simply because I don't use enough lotion.
