Well I absolutely HATE having to post this bc I have ALWAYS LOVED going to the Soda Shoppe and getting the silver dollar pancakes. But for the first time ever.....i didn't like them at all. :-( I got my order of 6 silver dollar pancakes, 3 sausage links, and home fries. And I had no problem with the rest of my order, just the pancakes...they seemed to be cooked a little to long or something, bc they seemed a little tough and I could barely even eat them. :-( :-(
Chef Ramsey needs to save this place! DAMN! I had high hopes for this place. I was completely disappointed. The food took half an hour to come out and we were only 1 of 2 tables, and when the food DID come out, it sat in the window for 5 minutes. The chicken sandwich my bf got was microwave along with the bacon I got. Not to mention, apparently they don't make poached eggs after 11am... IT'S A MICROWAVED EGG! THE BEST!!! A great place to bring the family- SS is my kids favorite place to eat!
We have been coming to this area for many years and have many favorite breakfast place . We wanted to try something new. It was hands down the best breakfast place I've ever been . Both food and service outstanding
