I do not like that I have to provide my license in the lobby. This should be changed to another method of security checking that does put patients at risk of their person license being copied or identity thief. Maybe have us show credentials once and then create a badge for us but not expose our private license information to lobby security at every visit.

I had a great visit - the woman I see is always very detail oriented and I feel like I get the best cleaning and a very careful check of my teeth. I appreciate knowing about the additional services and screens available but also equally appreciate that you don't make a hard sell of them. Thanks & see you in 6 months.
