I've been a patient for many years,I think the office was on Chestnut Street at the time...the service,mood & atmosphere was always relaxing & the staff was always friendly.
Scott could get a new outfit. He wears the same clothes every time I'm there.
The number of appointment confirmations and reminders was over the top and frankly intrusive and annoying. I lost count... The appointment and quality of service was great. The "pressure washer used on some of my teeth left my face pretty wet - strange!

The appointment card (received November 2015) indicated my appt time as 3:30PM. Accordingly, I made leave time arrangements for 3:15-4:30PM with my mgr. When I received text messages about the 4/1 apt, I found out the apt time was 2:45PM. Need to ensure the computer appointment system and the written reminders have the same info.

In the insurance industry there is a huge difference between participate and accept. I asked 2x if you participated or accepted my dental insurance. I 2as toldyou participated, which is why I almosted fainted when I was told to pay $249 after my cleaning. If you participated, I would have had to pay $0. A huge difference in price. Bad business, especially having my first career in the insurance industry.

Our office strives to contact insurance companies on behalf of our patients to try to verify eligibility, we provide estimated copays, we submit on your behalf, we appeal to the fullest extent, and we check on % benefit coverage while the patient is in the chair, to try to avoid a patient having to make two trips to the office due to insurance purposes alone.
