Exceptional Dental Practice Palm Springs Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is a dental practice that I rank as exceptional. The staff from the front office to Dr. Shepard exhibit professional and personal skills that one would hope to find. The entire staff in addition to be professionally skilled is extremely personable. What more can you ask for?
