I found the staff to be highly knowledgeable and extremely warm and welcoming. While being a citizen of the US, I live abroad and had a dental emergency, I called and got an appointment within 2 hours and everything taken care of by midday. No pain either! I could not have felt more welcome and taken care of with this great team. Wish I could take them with me. Thank you! I would have selected "Outstanding" rating if available.

I enjoy going to Palm Springs Family and Cosmetic Dentistry. They have good customer service upfront. The staff is very quick efficient and helpful.

After living in major cities -- New York, DC, Baltimore, Los Angeles -- this is by far the best dental office I've had. The staff is knowledgeable and nice. They use state-of-the-art technology and are reasonable when it comes to what's necessary now and what can wait. And my technician, Trish, is outstanding! I highly recommend Dr. Shepherd.
