Arrived early for my appointment, and was recognized by name from the receptionist, who offered me water or coffee while I waited. Neither which was necessary as I was promptly escorted to an exam room and assisted. Dr. Shepard offered thoroughly explained my situation, offered various options, and took time to listen to my concerns with procedures and timelines for treatment.
