Entirely toooo long of a wait - almost 2 hours. Staff was very nice and efficient. Spent maybe 5 minutes with Doc. Will return.
My visit was a pleasure and Dr Hafron was informative and easy to talk to about my situation.
Any urologist visit is not pleasant place to go but she makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is empathetic to whatever the issue may be.
Dr.wilkinson was very friendly and make my procedure comfortable . And explained everything about what he was doing as he did it. Great experience.
My circumstances are a work in progress. But to date, Doctor Schock has taken decisive steps towards moving in the right direction.
Thankful that I am able to have a regular update.
Had to have my artificial sphincter replaced and the ordeal was horrible! He apparently wasn’t educated enough to understand how to remove & replace the sphincters. After THREE surgeries I found another physician. Seriously don’t go to the “guy”, do your research!!!
Dr. Hafron was professional and knowledgeable about my case. He took his time to explain my options moving forward. He answered all my questions.
He was very empathetic
