This was my first appointment with Dr Sobol. I had put off seeing her for more than 2 yrs, I was very nervous & had prior bad experiences with a Urologist. I felt at ease from the moment she walked in the exam room! She was pleasant & obviously was knowledgeable about her specialty ! I wish I would have come to her a long time ago. She set me up for an Ultrasound to see if that shows anything causing my problem. My appointment on a Thursday. In my portal on Sunday abnormal urine culture. No call back by nurse until Wednesday. She said she was too busy to call me about taking medication. Not acceptable to me
