What stood out about my visit was the wait time. It was ridiculous, 70 minutes after my scheduled I was finally taken back to a room for another wait. It is ALWAYS like this. It shows a callous disregard for the patient and a selfish disrespect for their time. Make the appointments longer so she doesn't feel rushed as well!
I was so pleased to see you Dr. Sobol I was so emotional and you understood what I was going through.
I really liked my visit with Dr. Sobol. She was very thorough. It was recommended I have surgery which I will schedule. Now her office staff is a different story - not very helpful. They don't return calls - not very friendly - it's a real problem.
Dr Sobol is a great doctor but the wait time is horrible after the pandemic hit. You have to wait 3 hours to see her.

Dr. Sobol is a wonderful doctor. She's up on the newest treatments. She takes time with you and is very caring. She's solution-oriented and is able to give varied suggestions for your problem. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.
