My wife used this place on 10/4 and we were charged twice for her car wash. Unbelievable. If you cant get the right charges, you should be put out of business. We have contacted our bank to go forward with fraud charges against this company for charging twice for one service. Sad that they can not do things right.
I took my car in today I paid $8 for nothing!! I will never go here again, I chose to go here because it's close to home but next time I'll make the drive to Snake River Rapid Wash! All it done is got my car wet, I even had some of the blue wax foam stuff on car after I exited. Terrible car wash! I had to go home and hand wash because I didn't want to spend anymore money for another car wash, next time I'll know better.
What a crock of shit this car wash is. It would not accept our gift certificate for a car wash. Then we tried with the last of our quarters to wash our car. I called the number posted and was treated like shit. The manager out here on west broadway is simple a complete jerk and assholle. I cannot believe how we were treated. swipe card for 8.00 wash machine stoped working when I pulled in called # messages are full this was on 10/12/2017 at about 4:30
On 7/29/16, I used one of the self serve bays at the Sunnyside location for slightly over 3 min. and was charged $10.00, when the panel indicated I would be charged $2.64! I will be calling the number on Monday to get a refund. Hopefully, the number listed is correct. What a pain! Won't be using this car wash again!
Blow dryer on eastern auto wash at the Sunnyside location does not work. Paid $10 to get my car wet.
