Everyone was super nice and helpful! First time in and my dog loved it.
Great experience for me and my new dog. I am kind of old and the 2 young ladies were very helpful.
A great way for me to bath two hairy stinky dogs with no mess to clean up after. Shampoo, big tub, warm water everything you need and friendly faces if you need help.
What an awesome concept, a diy doggy wash. Every city should have a business like this! I was able to bathe my dog during our travels to Asheville. A dirty dog is a no-no since he sleeps with us and I don't like anyone else bathing him so this place was heaven-sent. The cost you ask? Less expensive had I ran around town buying all the supplies I needed to bathe him in the hotel.
Kim is an excellent groomer! My Luna is always at ease with her and leaves looking great every time! I highly recommend her grooming services.
Finally found a groomer that doesn't take all day! Very nice, courteous, polite, clean, no bad language, & their work speaks for it's self (Kim does a good job on Tip & Bella) I'm extremely satisfied! The best part is neither of my pups have been hurt, had water left in their ears, been hung and their eyeball blood filled or razor burned & bleeding at all since I've been going to The Soapy dog down.
Our first time there! Loved the variety of shampoos, raised tubs, and water set to the perfect temperature. Only suggestion - My dog is very simple (shampoo and towel dry) - wish there was a basic wash option for a little cheaper for dogs that don't need conditioning, blow dry, etc.
Went on a surprise birthday trip to Asheville and wanted to take our whippet Baci. Decided to try the Soapy dog. What a great choice! Very friendly staff and showed great concern for Baci's comfort. When we came to pick up, Baci didn't want to leave his friends behind!
