This is the best place to take your dog to! Great staff! They have everything you need to get a dirty dog clean!
Thank you to Kim at Soapy Dog. This was our first time in, and Breeze's very first professional trim. She is our little rescue and very frightened of most all things, but they handled her quickly and lovingly! So thankful for your understanding about her! I tried to post a picture, but I must be doing something wrong:)
I really hate leaving my kiddos but this place makes me feel good that they'll be in good hands. They LOVE dogs, they're attentive, they have some medical knowledge and are always doing what they can to accommodate everyone!
I have gone here several times to do the self bathe and loved it. I made an appointment to have a grooming done, and they gave me a 2:30 appt. that I wrote in my planner. They called me the day before and told me 2:30. I got there right before 2:30 on my only day off- I drove all the way from Fairview-and they told me my appt. was at two, and they couldn't accept me after 2:15. Horrible service, very very rude. We had never been there before and when we asked how did the service worked, the question seemed to upset the woman in the counter, answering us in a very abrasive way. Bad experience...
Just traveled 30+ minutes only to find it was closed for renovations. Nothing was mentioned on their website or answering machine. Entirely unprofessional; I won't be back.
I have been taking my dogs here for years. Always super friendly and helpful staff calm and relaxing environment for your dogs too ! Our dog is transitioning from wheelchair to walking and it was great to have a space to move around and get the big guy clean. The owner is always awesome too !!!!!
This was the best experience for me and my huskey!! He is so nervous when I leave him at the groomers! I was able to bathe him myself and leave the hairy stinky mess!! Win win for me and my pup!! Would so recommend them to anyone!!
